To lock or unlock your domain you must login to the Client Area and go to the Domains section. Select the domain you want to manage and there you will be able to change the lock status for it.
Domains must be unlocked before transferring them to another registrar. They should remain locked at all times to prevent unauthorized transfer.
Note: Domain locking is not supported by .uk TLDs. You do not need to unlock a .uk domain before transferring it.
